I just booked my first session, what should I expect?
You will be warmly greeted by our seasoned operator who will walk you through all you need to know about that particular treatment and answer your questions. After that you will be asked to fill out our intake form if you have not done so already. This will take you max 2 minutes. After that you will begin the treatment of your choice. If you booked a cryotherapy treatment, our professional will be with you throughout the whole session. After the treatment, we will ask to share with us how you feel. When you liked the service, we will show you our various packages and memberships so that you could take advantage of our services on a regular basis at a discounted price.

As per our cancelation policy, cancelation is possible latest 3 hours prior to the booking time.

In case all slots are booked, we recommend looking at another dates. We are working on extending our openining hours.
